  Working Days Day Shift / 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

  Process- Outbound domestics process

  Age- 18 To 30 yrs

  Education- 12th Pass / Under Graduate / Graduation

  Language- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and regional languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamee

   

  Desired Candidate Profile-

  • Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.
  • Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
  • Negotiate suitable payment plans.
  • Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.
  • Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.
  • Willing to complete daily or monthly targets.
