Location: [WFH] - Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi NCR.

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (corporates, startups, and brands) for recruitment and staffing tie-ups.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online/offline channels.
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions to decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Business Owners).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure successful closures.
  • Maintain CRM / client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client agreements.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Proven experience in inside sales / tele sales / business development (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions).
  • Ability to build rapport with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client acquisition is must.
  • Candidate from IT industry
  • Excellent communication skills.

  1. Hyderabad: 2 positions upto 2 years inside sales exp. (+1 person preferably with 23-year experience in BGV or Sales Client Facing)
  2. Bengaluru: 2 positions upto 2 years inside sales exp. (+1 person preferably with 23-year experience in BGV or Sales Client Facing)
  3. Chennai: 2 positions upto 2 years inside sales exp. (+1 person preferably with 23-year experience in BGV or Sales Client Facing)
  4. Delhi NCR: 2 positions upto 2 years inside sales exp.
