Job Description

Looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience and strong expertise in Non-IT hiring within the Finance industry.
Required Experience:
Recruitment experience in BFSI, Banking, and Finance consulting firms.
Exposure to hiring for roles in Major Project Advisory, Tech Advisory, Financial Advisory, Business Consulting, as well as IT Audit, SOX, Mergers & Acquisitions, FS industry roles, Risk Management, and Government Advisory positions.
Strong communication skills with a consultant mindset and the ability to meet targets.

Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience recruiting for Big 4 or consulting firm positions.

Not Required:
Candidates with a background focused primarily on sales or marketing recruitment.
