Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter (Work From Home Female Only)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT recruitment

Work Mode: Work From Home

Salary: 10 K-11 K per month

Job Description:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals and social media.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain candidate database and daily reports.

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Must have experience in hiring for IT roles (developers, testers, etc.).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Note: Female candidates only (WFH opportunity).
