Z-Hotels is expanding across India. We are building a strong network of hotels that deliver quality experiences to guests, powered by strong partnerships with property owners. This role puts you on the frontlines of business building. You will step into the market, meet hotel owners, and bring them into the Z-Hotels family. What you close becomes live business that you can see, feel, and be proud of. If youve ever wanted a role where decisions matter and success is visible this is that opportunity.
What will you exactly do?
- Scout and evaluate hotels in your assigned territory
- Build trust with owners, business heads and decision-makers
- Pitch the Z-Hotels partnership model and close deals that make business sense
- Ensure properties meet Z-Hotels brand standards during onboarding
- Work closely with Operations, CX and Revenue teams to activate properties successfully
- Track and own your full funnel: visits proposals closures live supply
- Represent Z-Hotels in your city as if it is your own business
This is a high-action, on-ground role. You grow by being in the field, not behind a screen.
