Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  
• Lead and guide the development team to achieve project goals.
  
• Own and drive critical technical decisions within the team.
  
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key architectural decisions.
  
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems for both your team and other dependent teams.
  
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance overall team capability.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery of quality software solutions.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project guidelines.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support the team in resolving blockers

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a minimum of 6 years in LWC.
  
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, SFDC, and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  
• Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks, web development principles, and design patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce platform fundamentals.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  
• Strong ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  
• Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
  
• Candidates with experience mentoring teams or handling technical leadership responsibilities are preferred.
