Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Delivery Professionals from the Tech Staffing industry to join our team as Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager. This is a leadership position responsible for owning the complete delivery value chain from client management to demand generation and team fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Staffing Delivery:
Fulfil staffing requirements for Tier-1 IT clients and captive centres - Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client POCs to generate ongoing demand and ensure high customer satisfaction - Team Management:
Lead and manage a fulfilment team of 2025 recruiters, including: - Demand allocation and tracking
- Performance monitoring and driving hiring targets
- Mentoring and performance feedback
- Business Ownership:
Drive end-to-end ownership of delivery outcomes aligned with business objectives
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Graduate or higher; formal education in IT or related technical field is a plus - Experience:
- 7+ Years (Relevant Experience) of IT Staffing experience
- Strong exposure to staffing, preferably for large IT companies or captive centres
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership and delivery management
- Technical Understanding:
Good grasp of IT skillsets and ability to engage with senior tech professionals - Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Assertive, influential, and proactive leadership style
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
What You Need
- A personal laptop with Windows 10 or 11
- Microsoft Outlook 2019 or above
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday - 2nd and 4th Saturdays Off
- No Dual Employment Allowed
