Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager - Domestic Staffing based in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing staffing services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing IT recruitment and hiring processes. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

8-12Years Experience
Account Management and Customer Service skills
Experience in Staffing Services and IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
