Position: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: NCR Faridabad
Experience: 1518 Years
Qualification: CA or ICWA Mandatory
Certification: SAP S/4HANA Certified Mandatory

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep functional knowledge across key finance modules. The candidate must be a CA or ICWA, along with proven experience working in PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or Central/State Government organizations, with solid understanding of financial rules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and support SAP FICO solutions across AP, AR, FI, CO, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Project Systems (budget & cost tracking), and Period-End Closing.
Execute and lead at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.
Work on SAP Fund Management (minimum one implementation required).
Support Treasury Management (TRM) processespreferred but not mandatory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage integration touchpoints with MM, HR, Payroll, TRM, SD, PS, and PM.
Work effectively in public-sector environments adhering to government financial procedures and compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

1518 years overall experience, with minimum 10+ years in SAP FICO.
CA or ICWA qualification is mandatory.
SAP S/4HANA certification is mandatory.
Experience with PSU/Autonomous Body/Government financial systems is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, result-driven approach.
