Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients (corporates, startups, and brands) for recruitment and staffing tie-ups.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online/offline channels.
Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions to decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Business Owners).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure successful closures.
Maintain CRM / client database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Achieve weekly/monthly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client agreements.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Proven experience in inside sales / tele sales / business development (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions).
Ability to build rapport with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn.
Negotiation and relationship management skills.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client acquisition is must.
Candidate from IT industry
Excellent communication skills.
