Job Description
Role - HR Executive
Location -Thane
Salary - 1 LPA to 2.5 LPA
Experience - Fresher any graduate
Qualification - HSC /Any graduate
Immediate joiner required
Role & responsibilities
- End to End Recruitment
- Head hunting, X ray search ,Naukri , LinkedIn search.
- Experience into Junior , senior , niche profiles.
- Sourcing ,screening ,interview line-ups.
- Client coordination
- Scheduling interviews in teams.
- Negotiating salary.
1. Sourcing Candidates:
- Using various methods to find potential candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and job fairs.
- Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, indeed, Glassdoor, and niche job boards.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial screening interviews (often by phone or video call) to assess candidate suitability.
2. Interviewing Candidates:
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting face-to-face or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
3. Candidate Communication:
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, including feedback after interviews.
- Providing a positive experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
4. Negotiating Offers:
- Presenting job offers to select candidates and discussing compensation packages.
- Coordinating with the HR team to finalize the offer details and facilitate the hiring process.
5. Maintaining Recruitment Records:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activity, candidate details, and interview feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards related to recruitment.
