Experience Designer
The DU India Experience Designer will design and execute strategic projects aimed at improving guest experience and driving digital transformation at DU India. They will collaborate with leadership and support teams, guiding concepts from initial ideas through design, testing, and implementation to deliver effective solutions for learners, guests, development teams, and businesses.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create storyboards
- Create 3D images, motion graphics, and interactive objects using CAD software (example Blender, Maya etc)
- Conceptualize and build virtual reality environments
- Design intuitive physical and digital experiences for DU guests.
- Utilize design, creativity, research, and analytics to uncover insights that help engage DU guests during their most important interactionsboth online and in-person
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the broader design and development teams
- Present project deliverables to both project teams and executive leaders, aligning business goals with the needs of guests and learners throughout all stages of development
- Foster an environment that encourages positivity, curiosity, and innovation
Key Skills:
- Computer graphics experience in 3D animation/3D modeling, graphic design, digital modeling, or visualization
- Excellent working knowledge of 3D design software
- Embrace and advocate for new solutions, platforms, or technologies, leading and facilitating ideation sessions to drive innovation
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation
