We have job opening of Associte Engineer-Analytical Design(On roll with EXPERT GLOBAL SOLUTION(AN ALTEN COMPANY)
Location: Baner
Factor I: Accountability
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings such as System Flow, P&ID, piping,General Arrangement, Electrical Wiring, Probe Installation drawings, Network architecture diagrams, Mounting and fabrication drawings, interface / utility connections, Bill of Material etc.
- Delivers drawings and design on time, meeting Emerson quality standards.
- Developing System designs from scratch or start from good go by reference.
- Ensuring system designs meet required specifications, standards, safety, and Hazardous area requirements.
- Estimate Enclosure / Plate / Shelter dimensions, orientations, Equipment layouts with space and volume optimization.
- Awareness of Different drafting techniques like 1st angle, 3rd angle methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with efficient and good drafting practices
- Follow check list for self-review of drawings before squad check review, peer review drawings and follow feedback / comments received.
- Follow Markups / redlines / comments / photographs / in person visits to integration facilities for As Built drawing preparation.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control engineering, Electrical / Electronic / E&TC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent work experience with relevant exposure to Analytical design environment. Or ITI(Mechnaical/Electrical)
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with CAD tools like AutoCAD 2D, (AutoCAD / Solid Works 3D will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field of Analytical, Chemical, Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil and Gas, Power, Fertilizer Process Industry.
- Practical experience with analytical systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Analytical system components like tubing, fittings, valves, flanges, probes, coolers, pumps, Analyzers, Gas Chromatographs, Liquid Analyzers will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CEMS, SWAS, Process Gas Analyzers Sample Conditioning systems, Plate, Rack, Cabinet, Shelter mounted systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, Word etc.
