Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level customer support and assistance to global customers.
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve customer requests via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and effective customer support.

Requirements:

  • Graduates with 1 year experience in international voice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle global customers with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Prior helpdesk or technical support experience is an advantage.

Shift:

  • UK rotational shifts

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Upto 7LPA

Process: International Voice Process(>1y exp)

Required Candidate profile

* Any Graduate/Post Graduates/Undergraduates with minimum of 1 year experience in International voice process mandatory.

*Only Customer Service Experience.

* International Voice Background preferred.
