Role Overview

We are looking to onboard 20 contractors for our ECC Helpdesk team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to customer support operations through calls, chats, and emails. It is a great opportunity to build communication skills and gain practical experience in a corporate helpdesk environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions
  • Track and close tickets as per SLAs
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service
  • Follow process guidelines and adhere to compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a 12 PM 9 PM shift
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month full-time internship without leaves
  • Must be able to collect the laptop from the Gurgaon office prior to joining

Important Notes

  • This is a full-time paid internship for 3 months.
  • No leaves or examination leaves will be allowed during the contract period.
  • Work-from-home arrangement after laptop collection.
