Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Support daily workplace operations, ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and ready for useCoordinate workplace services such as mail handling, cleaning, catering, and logisticsAssist in setting up meeting rooms, event spaces, and employee activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for workplace-related queries and provide timely supportWork with vendors and service partners to ensure quality service delivery Log and track maintenance requests and support timely issue resolutionPromote safety, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives across the site

About you

  • Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or similar service rolesStrong communication and customer service orientationAbility to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detailComfortable working with vendors, contractors, and crossfunctional teamsEducation in Facilities Management, Hospitality,
  • Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
