Role & responsibilities

Pega, REST/SOAP, Java

Lead the design and development of Pega applications on Pega Cloud using Constellation UI and App Studio.
Define and implement best practices for application architecture, performance tuning, and security in cloud environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Drive CI/CD automation using Deployment Manager, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
Ensure compliance with security standards (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and OAuth 2.0.
Leverage Pega GenAI capabilities for intelligent automation and decisioning.
