Job Description
Job Title: Mass Communication Intern
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: INR 15,000 to 20,000 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for Masteks digital platforms, including blogs, articles, press releases, and social media posts.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain Mastek's social media accounts, including curating and creating posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Media Monitoring: Conduct research and track media coverage to analyze industry trends, competitors, and relevant news in the tech and business space.
- PR Support: Assist in drafting press materials such as press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to support PR efforts.
- Event Assistance: Provide support in planning and executing internal and external events, such as press conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Communication Strategy: Collaborate with the communications team to brainstorm and execute creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and communication outreach.
- Administrative Support: Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to ongoing communication campaigns and documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- An interest in media trends, digital communication, and public relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
