Job Role: Business Manager - Cybersecurity Sales (India Region)Experience: 7-15 YearsLocation- Baner, PuneShift- 12 pm to 9 pmRole SummarySeeking a results-driven Business Manager - Cybersecurity Sales to lead business growth across India, specifically targeting Banks and Financial Institutions.
The role involves selling OT Cybersecurity, SIEM, VAPT, SOC services, and related security solutions.
Key Responsibilities Drive cybersecurity sales and achieve revenue targets in the BFSI segment.
Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Risk leaders.
Identify and develop opportunities for OT Security, SIEM, VAPT, Threat Intelligence, SOC services.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pricing, and negotiation cycles.
Collaborate with presales, delivery, and OEM partners to win deals.
Track industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor activity.
Required SkillsStrong understanding of: OT/ICS Cybersecurity SIEM/SOC Solutions VAPT (Network, App, Cloud) Endpoint Network Security Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong pipeline management and relationship-building capabilities.
Qualifications Graduate in Engineering/IT; MBA preferred.
7-12 years of cybersecurity/IT services sales experience.
Mandatory experience in BFSI enterprise sales.
