Profile Summary:
IGT Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager/Sr Manager HR with strong exposure to international markets and cross-cultural workforce dynamics. The role requires a blend of strategic HR capability, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and deep understanding of HR best practices in the IT/ITES environment.
Key Responsibilities:
International HR Operations & Knowledge Management:
- Gain deep understanding of geo-specific HR nuances to enable operational continuity
- Serve as an HR knowledge and data hub for international locations, primarily LATAM & EMEA
- Systematically review, structure and maintain talent data for institutional knowledge
- Standardize HR documentation, playbooks, and SOPs to enable scalability and effective knowledge transfer.
- Support leadership with risk mitigation and succession planning for HR roles across international markets.
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers, continuity of operations, and consistent employee experience across regions.
Talent Retention & Workforce Continuity:
- Track and proactively flag people risks and trends across international markets using data, attrition signals, and engagement insights
- Deploy retention strategies using data insights and market intelligence.
- Closely monitor and analyze various attrition types and buckets with periodic reporting
- Identify risk areas, propose targeted interventions, and track outcomes
HR Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting:
- Own regional HR reporting and metrics for leadership reviews
- Drive engagement initiatives and track impact through dashboards and key metrics
- Provide data-driven insights on attrition, performance, manpower, and talent movement.
- Use predictive analytics to inform decisions and enhance long-term people strategies.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Industry Preference: IT/ITES/technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience in partnering with international teams or multi-country workforce environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and HR operations preferably with international HR exposure
