Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM modules and in-depth knowledge of appropriate legislative rules and regulatory requirements. The consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, and functional/technical guidance across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM Modules

Candidates will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the following Oracle Cloud Applications:

• Oracle Global HR Cloud Service (including Journeys)
  
• Oracle Employee Benefits Cloud Service (US Only)
  
• Oracle Performance Management Cloud Service
  
• Oracle Goal Management Cloud Service
  
• Oracle Compensation Management Cloud Service
  
• Oracle Learn Cloud Service
  
• Oracle Talent Management Cloud Service
  
• Oracle Payroll Cloud Service (US Only)
  
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service
  

Functional Responsibilities (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits & Recruiting)

Candidates should have experience handling the following:

• Cloud Enhancement Services
  
• Update Management
  
• Regression Testing
  
• Release Management
  
• Incident Management
  
• Planning & Execution of key annual events (e.g., Open Enrollment, Year-End Activities, ACA Filing, etc.)
  
• Functional Support & troubleshooting
  
• Technical Support (Integrations, Reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, etc.)
  
• Oracle Service Request (SR) Management
  
• User Training & Knowledge Transfer
  
• Process Optimization and providing best-practice recommendations
  
• Application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  
• Understanding of regional/US legislative rules and compliance (Payroll, Benefits, HR, etc.)
  
• Experience with Oracle Cloud release cycles, regression testing, and quarterly updates
  
• Ability to interpret business requirements and configure solutions accordingly
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits)
