Your Mission as a VIP Consultant


If you live and breathe customer service, love solving problems, and take pride in creating delightful experiences this is your calling.


As a VIP Consultant, youll work closely with our High Net-worth Individuals (HNI), ensuring their journey is seamless, personalised, and truly premium. Empathy, patience, and a touch of matchmaking intuition will be your superpowers.


What You'll Do

  • Be the dedicated relationship partner for VIP Shaadi members post-sale
  • Understand each members preferences deeply and help identify their ideal match
  • Call and connect with high-quality prospects on behalf of the member
  • Set up mutually consented meetings between compatible matches
  • Ensure timely renewals through continuous, proactive engagement
  • Guide, counsel, and support members like a true partner in their search
  • Maintain excellent service standards, timely resolutions, and accurate documentation
  • Handle escalations with maturity, empathy, and solution-focused thinking
  • Respect diverse traditions, preferences, and cultural nuances in every interaction
  • Always go above and beyond to deliver the VIP promise

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, client servicing, or relationship management
  • A natural passion for people, relationships, and creating memorable experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening
  • Infinite patience paired with persuasive and confident communication
  • Fluency in English + any Indian language
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
