Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: District Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Regional Sales Head
Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned district.

Identify, onboard, and manage agents to promote financial and fintech products such as DMT, AePS, mATM, Recharges, CMS, Credit Deposit, Gold Loan, Insurance, NCD, and CCD.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance against defined objectives.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute regional promotional campaigns.

Collect and report market insights to support product development and business strategy.

Prepare and submit periodic sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales, preferably in the Fintech or Financial Services sector.

Strong understanding of financial and digital transaction products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to travel across the assigned region as required.
