We are looking for passionate HR Recruiters who are eager to grow in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles.
-Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine), social media, and internal databases.
-Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
-Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
-Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
-Maintain and update recruitment data in internal systems (ATS/ERP).
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
-Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure closure within deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelors / Masters degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related field).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (freshers welcome).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
-Familiarity with job portals and sourcing strategies.
-Proficiency in MS Office tools.
