5 to 10 years in technical product, systems, or platform-facing product roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and data models.
Experience working with UX teams and familiarity with design workflows.
Hands-on experience writing technical requirements and user stories.
Proven ability to work closely with engineers and understand constraints and tradeoffs.
Experience with QA processes, edge case handling, and test case development.
Excellent written and verbal communication especially across functions.
High proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro)
AI literacy is a must.
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data, logs, and structured systems.
Experience in SaaS or multi-role platform environments is a plus.
