Client: A leading US-based B2B supplier
Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

About the Role:
Datamatics is hiring on behalf of our client, a premier US-based B2B supplier (healthcare sector; hospitality sector.) In this role, you will be an integral part of the client's extended team, representing their brand and driving growth within the US market. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and acquiring new customers for their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the US market, handling both existing accounts and new customer acquisition through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations to clients using the clients ERP system.
  • Negotiate effectively on pricing, payment terms, and other sales conditions to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales support and conduct diligent post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Execute proactive telemarketing campaigns to a database of warm and cold leads provided via the client's CRM.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular and professional communication.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with the client's internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues and provide valuable market feedback.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients extensive product and service offerings to address customer queries knowledgeably and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development especially for the International markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, clear, and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and ERP systems; prior experience with quotation modules is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to work the US shift (night shift) from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai.
