About the Role
As a Finance Executive at Tracxn, you will manage end-to-end billing and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing. Youll collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes using Zoho Invoice, maintain financial records, and support month-end closures. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and agreed terms.
- Billing Compliance: Review pricing, taxes, and payment terms to ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure timely completion of the invoicing process via Zoho Invoice.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
- Reconciliation: Support month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Process Adherence: Uphold accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial operations.
What Were Looking For
- Education: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Accounting specialization preferred).
- Experience: 0-3 years in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Zoho Invoice or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to accuracy and timelines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment.
