Job Description :
Minimum 5-7 Years of Work Experience in IT with hands-on experience of 3-4 + years in Cisco ACI technology / Cisco Nexus /LAN, WAN/ Data center Infrastructure.
Customer-specific designated support at network level to troubleshoot and resolve networking problems.
Dedicatedly monitor and review the network.
Effectively work with multi-functional teams to resolve major customer issues.
Ability to grasp network design concepts quickly and be able to provide the right solutions to the clients.
Effectively craft and validate planned changes to software and hardware design.
Deliver high level technical assistance and troubleshooting for resolving critical production issues for strategic customers.
Respond to network management system alarms according to established processes.
Flexibility in working hours to work in a 24x7 environment.
Data Center Nexus Routing & Switching is mandatory.
Experience with product lines like Nexus 9000,7000. Engineer must be experienced in and have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.
Experience in legacy to Cisco ACI network migration, VMM integration, L4-L7 services, micro-segmentation, Cisco ACI Multi-pod and Multisite are highly required.
Working experience in vxLAN EPVN and MP-BGP is a required.
Experience Implementing /Supporting Layer 2, Layer 3 implementations will be key & working knowledge in banking environment data center networking.
Hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting and/or Network Solution designing of Cisco ACI.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCSP) is mandatory, CCIE (Data Center, Enterprise) would be highly desirable.
Working knowledge and experience BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, Multicast is a definite plus.
A good communications skill is a must.
Must have a demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives at various levels.
Must have good technical writing skills and have experience in writing test and implementation / Migration plans.
Experience in Cisco Nexus Dashboard is a plus.
Executing migration windows and migration projects will be a plus.
