Job Description
Hi,
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders,
including tracking, shipping and delivery issues
1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and
chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
2. Order Tracking and Resolution: Investigate and reolve order discrepancies,
including missing or damaged items, and communicate resolutions to customers.
3. Communication: Communicate with internal team, such as warehouse and
shipping to resolve order-related issues
4. Problem Solving: Analuse and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating
issues to management as necessary
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest
solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency
6. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter orders from Customer Order
Form
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years for JL2A && 2-5 years for JL3A of customer service experience,
preferably in Order Management
1. Skills:
a. Excellent communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
b. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
d. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
2. Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
