Job Description

The Administrative Executive (Night Shift) will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and coordination support during night hours. This role ensures smooth functioning of office operations, maintains records, handles communications, and assists internal teams working overnight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
13 years of administrative or support experience (night-shift experience is a plus).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Good proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and admin procedures.
Comfortable working nights and handling occasional high-pressure situations.

Work Environment

Night-shift working hours.
May require occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
Office-based role - Andheri (East), Mumbai
