Job Description

To effectively oversee and manage all aspects of project sales, from client engagement to successful project execution, driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining project profitability.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective project sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market dynamics.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt project sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients for project sales, building a robust client portfolio.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation meets financial constraints and profitability target.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate project proposals and cost estimates that align with client needs and financial objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive project sales to meet or exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall financial success.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their project requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and project progress updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet quality and safety standards, complying with relevant industry regulations and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to ensure successful project execution.
