Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle WMS Cloud
- Analyze and resolve warehouse execution issues, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping failures.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of functional issues.
- Manage change requests, minor enhancements, and patch testing.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and proactively identify process improvements.
- Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Collect business requirements and translate functional design documents for solution development and deployment
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion WMS functionalities such as:
Inbound receiving, put-away, and inspection
Inventory management and tracking
Picking strategies (wave, batch, zone, cluster)
Packing, shipping, and dock management
Yard management and cross-docking (preferred)
- Define and configure warehouse processes including:
Task management and labor management (if applicable)
Slotting and replenishment strategies
Cycle counting and physical inventory
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with Oracle Inventory, OM, Shipping, Manufacturing, and 3PL systems
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM, with strong focus on Oracle WMS Cloud.
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud WMS implementations and AMS/support projects.
- Project Experience with Retail customers would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing modules
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle SCM / WMS Cloud certification(s) are a plus.
