Job Description

Work with a variety of stakeholders and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solutions development, and technical teams to create sales materials and resources, such as presentations, case studies, and sales assets with a focus on RFx deliverables. Support the overall RFx Process and Sales Enablement teams through compiling, updating, and supporting the creation of winning RFx submissions and sales assets.
Roles and Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with sales to respond to RFPs, including referencing and sourcing templates, collecting new content, formatting documents, and assembling finalized submissions.
    • Stylize PowerPoints including updating templates and creating net-new visuals, with a focus on RFx requests
    • Additional strategic asset creation through the direction of the Sales Enablement Deliverables team manager.
    • Finalize, review, and assemble all content, including final RFP response documents, prior to delivery to ensure assets meet requirements and AHEAD brand standards including basic spelling and grammar review.
    • Assist in the managing and maintaining of ARCHIE/Sharepoint to ensure that all sales materials are organized and accessible.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, finance, P&C, legal, marketing, operations, practices, security, as well as external subcontractor(s) and vendor specific contacts as needed
    • Update tracking for all in-progress RFx responses and projects on a weekly basis
    • Attend weekly RFx Weekly Touchpoint with the Deliverables team to review and assign all in-progress responses
    • Assist in the continued development and implementation of the Sales Enablement Teams processes and procedures
    • Maintain the RFP Index by helping to regularly add net new content and facilitate quarterly reviews and updates with the department content captains.
    • Maintain and/or create new RFx related templates and resources, such as AHEAD branded resumes, references, content examples, company documents and forms, etc., as well as gather and organize valuable and referenceable company content in the RFx Master Library.
    • Maintain and build relationships with the sales account teams and supporting departments.
