Key Responsibilities
- Customer engagement: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their needs.
- Sales support: Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and confidently.
- Inventory management: Maintain records of stock and update sales data using MS Excel.
- Billing & documentation: Handle billing, receipts, and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Relationship building: Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Attitude: Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
