Job Description

Location: Sector 62, Noida
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Yes

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Support onboarding & induction processes
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Help with employee engagement activities
Handle HR documentation and compliance-related tasks
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking (if required)

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Pursuing MBA or PGDM in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Willingness to learn and take initiative
