Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end creator partnership managementincluding sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance oversightto deliver best-in-class campaign execution.

- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers to build a resilient and high-quality creator ecosystem.

- Ensure all global brand guidelines are implemented and executed accurately by creators

- Analyse creator performance, audience insights, and campaign results to optimise creator selection, content quality, and ROI.

- Oversee workflow, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet compliance and quality standards, and exceed client expectations.
