Job Description
Role- Head of Marketing
Job Location: Noida/WFH
Experience: 10+ years
Overview of the role:
At NLB Services, we are looking for a self-motivated and versatile integrated marketing specialist. As a important member of the team the individual will help bring a larger degree of creativity and cohesiveness to all marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and oversee execution of marketing programs and innovative campaigns
- Orchestrating Global campaigns, stakeholder management and conceptualizing outreach campaigns
- Understanding of Analyst Landscape and analyst relations
- Work with business leaders to effectively communicate our evolving strategy.
- Understand and execute integrated marketing plans that include but not limit to digital, PR and lead gen.
- Experience in building an employer brand
- Exposure to large format physical and virtual events
- Working with key industry forums such as NASSCOM, SHRM and others
- Content strategy for marketing objective of Reach Revenue and Reputation
- Reporting impact and measurement of outcomes
- Marketing to key accounts and building larger CXO connect base

Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in integrated communication and brand management
- Proven ability to provide deep and original thinking, campaign creation and management
- Strong communication skills. The ability to present ideas clearly across all levels
- Strong organization, program and time management and content development skills,
