Job Description

Knowledge of PC hardware both Desktops & Laptops.

Vendor coordination for hardware
Should know installation of Windows operating system such as Windows 10.
Installation & troubleshooting of Network Printers.
Installation & troubleshooting of Antivirus packages.
Windows pilot experience, DNS, DHCP
Outlook and Office 365.
Technical assistance which includes troubleshooting of operating systems
