Role & responsibilities
1. Identifying hardware and software solutions.
2. Troubleshooting technical issues.
3. Diagnosing and repairing faults
4. Responsible for Managing, Supporting and training to the field team 5. Ensures all process and activities has to be documented
6. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with staff/clients
7. Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
8. Managing application jobs and alerts and act accordingly
9. Assisting team in Resolving system and application issues
10. Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. BSc/B-Tech/M-Tech/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent with programming experience
2. 2-3 years of experience in handling/Managing the IT support function 3. Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely support.
Preferred Skills Technically strong and good verbal and written communication skills preferably
