Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Kurla West, Mumbai
Interview: Face-to-Face

Job Summary:
Looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide L1 end-user support for Windows and macOS systems, handle hardware/software issues, basic network troubleshooting, and support Google Workspace users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for desktops/laptops (Windows ).
OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Hardware and peripheral support (printers, screens, CCTV, AV).
Basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network issue troubleshooting.
Asset management, documentation, and IT compliance support.

Skills Required:

Windows support
L1 hardware/software troubleshooting
Basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Good communication and user-handling skills
