Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills:

• SharePoint Online M365
• SPFx
• Power Platform - Power Apps and Power Automate
• Azure service
• SharePoint Migration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Design
• Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering. Provide support for business and functional acceptance testing which involves ensuring technical specifications meet business requirements.
• Support documentation where applicable (business, functional, UI, usability, data, compliance, data migration, NFR, 3rd party tools & products)
• Develop proof of concept on needed basis for proposed design
• Understand interdependencies of the various components in work packages
• Prepare solution architecture and design documents for proposed solution
• Participate in design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements
• Work with architect to understand the architecture of the application, high level approaches and ensure that the design is in line with overall direction; conduct peer review, as required
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online - M365 (strong understanding of SP limitations and workarounds)
• Good Understanding of Azure Services
• Good experience in SPFx webpart development
• Good experience in Power Platform Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to leverage SharePoint REST API and Object model to view and update documents (SharePoint Online APIs)
• Experience on any migration tool, ShareGate is preferred
• Support code review and ensure best practise are followed by the development team
• Support complex module development
• Support team members on resolving any technical issues
• Good team leader, experience in managing the scattered team across multiple location
• Train the teams on technology tools and techniques
• Able to quickly learn and implement new tools
