Key responsibilities:

• To clean and operate the Strip packing machine / Defoiler / leak test apparatus and other packing equipments & instruments as per their respective SOP and as per the instruction mentioned in the BPR.
• To maintain all document like all change part Log books, format as per SOP.
• To upkeep and maintain the Area / Equipment as per cGMP requirement.
• To maintain Cleaning / Labelling of Area / Equipment, material, container etc. as per SOP.
• To involve in the improvement of the yield of batches / products and in minimize the rejection / wastage.
• To take active participation in preventive maintenance schedule, process validation & qualification.
• To monitor & record Environment condition, pressure differential, Calibration of balance and other metro logical instrument as per requirement.
• To maintain, handle / storage / labelling of tools & spares /change parts, if any defect / problem observed, inform to immediate supervisor.
• To maintain the Handling of material management & all types of rejections.
• To perform In process checks as per product / batch requirement.
