Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers

• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services

• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

• Accurately document customer interactions and call details in the system

• Meet key performance indicators including call quality, resolution time, and CSAT

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0.6 to 10 years in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
