Position: AM / Sr. Executive Food & Beverages Head
Location: Goldi Solar Factory / Office Locations, Kosamba(Surat,Gujarat)
Reporting To: Admin Head / Plant Head
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
About the Role (Advertisement)
Goldi Solar Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced AM / Sr. Executive Food & Beverages Head to oversee and manage all food and beverage-related operations across our facilities. The role involves managing canteen operations, hospitality for official visits, office services support, and coordination of events, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Compensation: Compensation will be exceptionally competitive for deserving and experienced candidates.
Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
1. Canteen & Food Services Management
Overall management of canteen and food & beverage services for employees and visitors.
Coordination with canteen contractors/vendors for daily operations.
Ensure food quality, quantity, taste, hygiene, and timely service.
Monitor compliance with statutory requirements related to canteen operations, food safety, and hygiene.
Periodic audits of canteen operations and corrective action implementation.
2. Visits & Hospitality Management
Manage food, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements for management, clients, auditors, government officials, and other visitors.
Ensure professional service standards during official visits and inspections.
Coordinate with internal departments for visit planning and execution.
3. Events Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events such as meetings, trainings, celebrations, and corporate functions.
Vendor coordination for catering, refreshments, and event-related services.
Budget monitoring and cost control for events and food services.
4. Office Services Support
Oversee food and beverage-related office services including pantry operations.
Ensure availability of refreshments, consumables, and related supplies.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other service providers where required.
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
Selection, onboarding, and performance monitoring of canteen and catering vendors.
Bill verification, cost optimization, and adherence to approved budgets.
Resolve operational issues with vendors in a timely manner.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, food safety standards, and internal policies.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to food services.
Promote hygiene, safety, and discipline in all food service areas.
Education & Experience
Graduate in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
510 years of relevant experience in food & beverage operations, canteen management, or hospitality services, preferably in an industrial or corporate setup.
Skills & Competencies
Strong vendor and people management skills.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and statutory requirements.
Excellent coordination, planning, and execution skills.
Cost control and budgeting capabilities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
