Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Coder
Locations:Hyderabad | Chennai | Bangalore
Employment Type :Full-time
Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Home Health clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate medical codes as per industry and project guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and client requirements.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation or coding queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Required Experience & Eligibility:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Home Health Coding.
- Non-certified candidates are acceptable for Home Health.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate job stability in past roles.
- Must have a minimum 6-month gap from the following companies:
- Infinx
- Gebbs
- Global Healthcare
Work Mode:
- First 6 months: Work From Home (WFH)
- After 6 months: Work From Office (WFO)
Candidate Skills
- Strong understanding of Home Health coding guidelines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Comfortable transitioning from WFH to WFO as per policy.
