Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls.


Preferred candidate profile

HSC with atleast 6 months of experience in BPO sector.

Graduate freshers are also welcome.

Should be comfortable with the international voice process.

Should be comfortable with the rotational/ night (US) shift.

Must be residing in Mumbai only.

Should be comfortable with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekoff.


Requirements

Should have a power backup

An internet connectivity of atleast 100 mbps.


Candidates need to visit the office for the training purpose for one month.
