Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to drive large-scale technology transformation programs across BFSI, KYC/AML, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), and Digital Banking platforms.
This role combines technical delivery leadership, architectural oversight, and domain expertise in compliance and BFSI modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of KYC, AML, CDD/EDD, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring and BFSI digital engineering programs
  
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risks, quality, SLAs
  
• Lead multi-location engineering & delivery teams
  

Compliance Technology & Regulatory Platforms:

• Experience with Actimize (AIS/SAM/RCM), Mantas, Fenergo, Detica/Norkom or similar AML/KYC platforms
  
• Lead platform modernization, migration, regulatory upgrades
  
• Work with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal & Business stakeholders
  
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, FATF, OCC, GDPR)
  

Technical Architecture & Engineering:

• Strong technical background in Java / .NET Core Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Distributed Systems
  
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  
• Experience in API-led architecture, integration patterns, event-driven systems
  

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Collaborate with global business, technology & compliance leaders
  
• Present architecture/design/delivery updates in senior governance forums
  
• Manage multi-country delivery environments
  

Required Skills

• 1522 years IT experience with 7+ years in BFSI delivery leadership
  
• Strong hands-on experience in KYC/AML/FCC or BFSI Microservices Engineering
  
• Experience delivering or modernizing Actimize / Mantas / Fenergo or related platforms
  
• Deep technical expertise in:
  
• Java / .NET Microservices
  
• APIs / Integration / Cloud-native systems
  
• AWS / Azure / GCP
  
• Docker / Kubernetes / DevOps
  
• Strong stakeholder communication & global team leadership experience
