Job Posting Title: Tech. Lead Full stack
What does a successful Tech. Lead do at Fiserv?
Lead Technical Development: Take charge of guiding the development team in building innovative solutions. Hands-On Contribution: Actively contribute to coding and architecture, leveraging full-stack expertise. Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end technologies for efficient product delivery.
What you will do:
- Responsible for driving Java based application design and development.
- Design and develop distributed, highly scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant systems focused on creating solutions using Microservice architecture.
- Design and Build Solutions and Platforms for enterprise-wide reuse.
- Participating in development activities with onshore resources.
- Conducting technical walkthroughs with all stakeholders.
- Should be well versed with identifying, defining, measuring metrics across SDLC phases through tools and demonstrate value added performance baselines and continual improvements.
- Build proof of concepts, Design application using industry best practices and standards
- Influence and implement best practices, solutions and processes
- Work in agile teams to deliver user stories on time and at high quality.
- Mentor and train junior associates on technology and application stacks.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in Java/ J2EE development
- Strong working experience on Java/ J2EE technologies like Spring 6.0, Spring boot, Spring Micro services, Spring JPA, Spring Web flux, Hibernate etc.
- Experience in JSON, Swagger, REST APIs, XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technology
- Experience working in Oracle Database
- Experience working in event driven architecture, Kafka, data streams etc.
- Strong cloud foundation (Azure/AWS/PCF/OCP).
- Experience working on Devops and SCM tools - Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, Harness
- Experience working on containers and container management Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Observability, Logging tools Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Splunk etc.
- Agile development experience
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow, solutions to complex business problems
- A strong engineering and experimentation mindset to learn and adopt new technologies and opensource packages
What would be great to have:
- Experience working on front end technologies Angular, React, Javascript, HTML etc.
- OpenShift
- DevOps tools and components
