Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with 45 years of hands-on knowledge in ticket issuance, fare calculations, customer handling, and GDS operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic and international ticketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage bookings efficiently with a customer-first approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings for clients.
  • Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus /Galileo / Sabre).
  • Check fares, availability, connections, and seat options as per client requirements.
  • Handle fare comparisons, special fares, group fares, and lowest fare options.
  • Ensure accurate PNR creation, modification, and handling.
  • Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, waiver approvals, and refunds.
  • Provide prompt customer support for ticket-related queries and travel assistance.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to ticketing, bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and company guidelines.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth service delivery.
  • Keep updated with airline rules, travel advisories, and fare updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
  • 45 years of experience as a Ticketing Executive in a travel agency or corporate travel desk.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS systems.
  • Good understanding of airline fare rules, PNR processes, ticketing codes, and refund procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.

Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and related services will be an added advantage


Preferred candidate profile


Candidate should have experience in to B2C, Ticket issuance, Reissuance, Cancellation should do 30+PNR's per day.
