About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end ticketing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in domestic & international ticketing, GDS systems, team leadership, vendor coordination, and delivering seamless travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing Operations

  • Manage domestic & international ticketing for corporate, MICE, and leisure clients.
  • Handle fare construction, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, PNR management, and compliance with airline guidelines.
  • Track fare trends, promotions, and airline policies to optimize costs.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor a team of ticketing executives.
  • Ensure productivity, quality control, and SLA adherence.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Vendor & Airline Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
  • Negotiate fares, credit terms, and service deliverables.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalations.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide efficient, accurate travel solutions and handle last-minute client requirements.
  • Maintain high service standards and timely communication.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and airline regulations.
  • Maintain MIS reports on ticketing volumes, revenue, refunds, and cost savings.
  • Oversee BSP/ARC processes, invoicing accuracy, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 810 years of experience in airline/ticketing operations.
  • Expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo / Worldspan).
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, routing, and airline procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in corporate or MICE ticketing is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of visa processes and travel insurance is beneficial.
